Description:

Microsoft Office is vulnerable to a buffer overflow. By creating a malicious Office file containing a specially-crafted property field, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with privileges of the user, once the malicious file is opened. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending the malicious file to a victim as an email attachment or hosting it on a Web site.
