JUNOS IPv6 denial of service
| junos-ipv6-dos (27654) |
Description:
Multiple Juniper devices running certain versions of JUNOS are vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a kernel memory leak when processing IPv6 packets. A remote attacker exploit this vulnerability by sending specially-crafted IPv6 packets to consume all available kernel memory resources and cause the router to crash.
