Description:

Cisco Unified CallManager (CUCM) is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of hostnames within a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) request. By sending a specially-crafted SIP request containing an overly long hostname, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code or cause the affected device to crash.
