Description:

Wireshark (formerly known as Ethereal) is vulnerable to a denial of service attack, caused by in infinite loop in the SSH dissector. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using a malformed packet or trace file to cause the application to enter into an infinite loop and crash.
