Description:
MailGate Email Firewall is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of extended-header filenames in an LHA archive. By sending an LHA archive containing a file with a long extended-header filenames in an email attachment, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system once the message is processed.
