Description:
WebAdmin could allow a domain administrative user to gain privileges, caused by insecure default permissions set on the userlist.wdm file. A remote attacker with administrator privileges could exploit this vulnerability to access the global administrator's account and view, add, delete or modify information, or possibly execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system.
