Zend Platform mod_cluster denial of service

Description:
Zend Platform is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a buffer overflow in the mod_cluster module when handling sessions. By sending an overly long or a zero-length session identifier, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and cause the module to crash or possibly execute arbitrary code on the system.
Platforms Affected:
- Zend Technologies, Zend Platforms 2.2.1 and prior
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Zend (2.2.1a or later), available from the Zend Web site. See References.
