Description:
IBM AIX is vulnerable to an unspecified buffer overflow in xlock. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary commands on the system with root privileges.

Remedy:
Apply the interim fix for this vulnerability (xlock_ifix.tar.Z), available from the IBM AIX FTP site. See References.
