Linux kernel copy_from_User information disclosure
| kernel-copyfromuser-information-disclosure (29378) |
Description:
Linux kernel could allow a local attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by improper clearing of kernel memory after receiving a fault by the copy_from_User function. By appending to a file from an invalid address, a local attacker could read kernel memory.
