Description:
Netscape Portable Runtime (NSPR) API could allow a local attacker to create or overwrite arbitrary files on the system, caused by improper validation of user-supplied environment values. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to create or overwrite arbitrary files on the system with root privileges.
