Asterisk get_input() function buffer overflow
| asterisk-getinput-bo (29663) |
Description:
Asterisk is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the get_input() chan_skinny.c function. By sending malformed data to TCP port 2000, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with root privileges.
