Description:
Ascended Guestbook could allow a remote attacker to include arbitrary files. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the embedded.php script using the CONFIG[path] parameter to specify a malicious file from a remote system, which could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable Web server.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Ascended Guestbook (1.0.1 or later), available from the Ascended Development Web site. See References.
