Description:
America Online (AOL) ICQ could allow a remote attacker to execute code on a victim's system, caused by a vulnerability in the ICQPhone.SipxPhoneManager ActiveX DownloadAgent() method. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on a victim's system by sending the victim a message containing a malicious ICQ avatar.
