imlib2 loader_tga.c buffer overflow
| imlib2-loadertgac-bo (30068) |
Description:
imlib2 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the loader_tga.c file. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted TGA image file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
