iWare Professional CMS chat_panel.php PostMessage() PHP code execution
| iware-postmessage-code-execution (30078) |
Description:
iWare Professional CMS could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by improper validation of the "msg" parameter by the PostMessage() function. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the chat_panel.php script using the msg parameter to inject arbitrary code into the chat_log.php script, which would allow the attacker to execute arbitrary PHP code on the system with privileges of the Web server.
