Description:

The Broadcom BCMWL5.SYS wireless device driver is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper handling of 802.11 probe responses. By sending a request containing an overly long SSID field, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
