Description:

Links could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system caused by improper validation in the smb:// URLs. If the smbclient is installed and the attacker could convince a victim to click an smb:// URL, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information or overwrite arbitrary files on the smb share.
