Description:
Apple Quicktime is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of RTSP URLs. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted QTL file or visit a malicious Web page containing an overly long RTSP URL, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
