Adobe Acrobat Reader Plugin MSVCRT.free() code execution
| adobe-acrobat-msvcrt-code-execution (31272) |
Description:
The Adobe Acrobat Reader Plugin could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a double free memory corruption vulnerability in the MSVCRT.free() function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using a specially-crafted URL in a PDF document to cause a victim's browser to crash or possibly execute arbitrary code on the victim's system, if the attacker could persuade the victim to click the URL.
