Rumpus path privilege escalation

Description:
Rumpus could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges, caused by a vulnerability in an untrusted search path. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to force a malformed ipfw program to run without an absolute filename and manipulate a PATH variable to execute arbitrary code on the system with root privileges.
