Siteman members.txt information disclosure

Description:
Siteman could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by improper restrictions on the members.txt file inside the Web root. By sending a direct request, a remote attacker could download the file and obtain sensitive information including the username and MD5 password hash.
