Description:

Microsoft Word could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by improper handling of a malformed function in a Word document that could cause memory corruption. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted Word document, either by hosting the document on a Web site or sending it as an email attachment.
