WebGUI www_purgeList() security bypass

Description:
WebGUI could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the improper checking of user permissions in the www_purgeList() function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and delete another user's assets.
Platforms Affected:
- Plain Black, WebGUI prior to 7.3.8
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of WebGUI (7.3.8 or later), available from SourceForge.net Files. See References.
