Compaq Insight Management Agent creates an insecure account with administrator privileges

Description:
Compaq Insight Management Agent for Microsoft Windows NT, automatically creates a Windows NT account for PFCUser. An attacker could use this vulnerability to gain unauthorized access to a Windows NT system.

Remedy:
Remove the PFCUser account from your system, or change the password for the PFCUser account as described in the Compaq Security Advisory dated September 3, 1999. See References.
