Description:
HP OpenView Network Node Manager (NNM) Remote Console could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by insecure permissions on the "HP OpenView" directory and related subdirectories, which assign "Full Control" to the "Everyone" group. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to modify or delete files and possibly execute arbitrary commands with SYSTEM privileges.
