Description:

Kiwi CatTools could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system, caused by improper validation by the embedded TFTP server. An attacker could send a specially-crafted PUT or GET command containing "dot dot" directory traversal sequences (//..//) to traverse directories and upload or download files or directories outside the TFTP Web root directory.

  • Kiwi Enterprises, Kiwi CatTools 3.2.7 and prior
