Description:
Jupiter Content Manager could allow a remote attacker to upload arbitrary files caused by improper validation of content headers by the modules/emoticons.php script. A remote attacker could upload a specially-crafted PHP file, which would allow the attacker to execute arbitrary PHP code with the privileges of the vulnerable application.
