PHP ZVAL reference counter code execution
| php-zval-code-execution (32796) |
Description:
PHP could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by an integer overflow in the ZVAL reference counter when handling strings from the unserialize function. By sending a specially-crafted request with an overly long string, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application using the unserialize function to crash.
