Description:
Microsoft Windows is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by the improper handling of data sent to the \Device\NdisTapi device by the Ndistapi.sys driver. By sending arbitrary data, a local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to crash the affected system, resulting in a denial of service.
