Description:
Microsoft Windows Vista is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an error in the atikmdag.sys ATI kernel driver. By creating a specially-crafted JPG file, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to crash the system, if the attacker could persuade the victim to view the malicious image in a slideshow.
Note: Only systems using the ATI kernel driver are vulnerable.
