Drake CMS d_private directory traversal

Description:
Drake CMS could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to an unspecified script containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the d_private parameter to view the installation path and arbitrary files on the system.
