Description:

PHP is vulnerable to an integer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the GD graphics library function. By creating a specially-crafted Wireless Bitmap (WBMP) image, a remote attacker could execute arbitrary code on the system or cause a denial of service, if the attacker could persuade the victim to view the malicious image.
