Description:

Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Internet Security are vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by an integer overflow in the _NtSetValueKey() function of the klif.sys driver. By sending an overly long unsigned data size value, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and possibly execute arbitrary code on the system with SYSTEM privileges.
