Description:

Clam AntiVirus (ClavAV) is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the cab_unstore() and cab_extract() functions. By sending a specially-crafted CAB file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and possibly execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
