Seir Anphin Community Management System file.php directory traversal

Seir Anphin Community Management System could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted request to the file.php script containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the a[filepath] parameter to download and view arbitrary files on the system.
No remedy available as of September 1, 2014.
