Gauntlet firewall BSDI users could bypass all security rules

Description:
Gauntlet firewall BSDI could allow local users and remote non-trusted users, that have routes through the firewall, to bypass all Gauntlet Firewall security rules. An attacker could access the network behind the firewall with no activity appearing in the '/var/log/messages' log file.
