OPeNDAP CGI Server get_url() command execution

Description:
OPeNDAP CGI Server could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input in the get_url() function. A remote attacker could inject arbitrary shell commands using a specially-crafted URL containing shell metacharacters, which would allow the attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the server.
