Description:
Trillian Pro is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the Rendezvous / Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) module when decoding HTML. By sending a specially-crafted message, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
