Phorum banlist.php cross-site request forgery

Description:
Phorum is vulnerable to a cross-site request forgery, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the banlist.php script. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted HTTP request using the delete parameter to cause the administrator to perform arbitrary tasks, once the administrator views the malicious request. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to perform cross-site scripting attacks, Web cache poisoning and other malicious activities.
