libpng tRNS chunk denial of service
| libpng-trns-chunk-dos (34340) |
Description:
libpng is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an error in the png_handle_tRNS function. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted PNG file containing a malicious tRNS chunk, a remote attacker could crash applications linked to the vulnerable library.
