Apache Tomcat JK Connector security bypass

Description:
The Apache Tomcat JK Connector could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by a double-decoding error. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially-crafted URL to execute access control rules on the server.
