| macos-pdf-bo (34499) |
Description:
Apple Mac OS X is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the CoreGraphics service when handling PDF files. By creating a specially-crafted PDF file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash, if the attacker could persuade the victim to open the malicious file.
