Description:
Tcl is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the tcl/win/tclWinReg.c file. By creating a specially-crafted registry key and persuading another user to query the registry key using Tcl, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges.
