Description:
Basic Analysis and Security Engine (BASE) could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by a vulnerability in the base_main.php script. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and gain unauthorized access to the Web server.

- Secure Ideas, BASE 1.3.6 and prior
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of Basic Analysis and Security Engine (BASE) (1.3.8 or later), available from the Basic Analysis and Security Engine (BASE) project Web site. See References.
