Description:
SNMPc is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a vulnerability in the SNMPc server (crserv.exe). By sending a specially-crafted packet, a remote attacker could crash the SNMPc server.
Platforms Affected:
- Castle Rock, SNMPc 7.0.18 and prior
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of SNMPc (7.0.19 or later), available from the SNMPc Web site. See References.
