Description:

vBulletin is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the admincp/attachment.php script using the Attached After field, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.

  • Jelsoft Enterprises, vBulletin 3.6.5

Remedy:

Upgrade to the latest version of vBulletin (3.6.6 or later), available from the vBulletin Web site. See References.
