PhpWiki lib/WikiUser/LDAP.php security bypass
| phpwiki-ldap-security-bypass (34819) |
Description:
PhpWiki could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper validation of the lib/WikiUser/LDAP.php script while binding to the LDAP server using an empty password. Certain LDAP implementations return a success code, which would allow an attacker to exploit this vulnerability to bypass authentication and gain unauthorized access to the affected application.
