Description:
FCKeditor could allow a remote attacker to upload arbitrary PHP files, caused by improper validation of file extensions. A remote attacker could send a specially-crafted request using an alternate data stream syntax (::$DATA) to upload a malicious PHP file, which could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary PHP code on the vulnerable system.
