Ingres Database Server wakeup binary symlink

Description:
Ingres Database Server, which is included in multiple CA (Computer Associates) products, could allow a local attacker to launch a symlink attack. The wakeup binary creates temporary files insecurely. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to create or overwrite arbitrary files on the system with the privileges of the "ingres" user.
