Description:
The BarCode ActiveX control (BarCodeAx.dll) is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the BeginPrint function. By creating a specially-crafted Web page, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the browser to crash, once the page is viewed and the ActiveX control is enabled.
